Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: January 7, 2026

1) How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: privacy@maykimrentals.com with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Your full name
• The phone number and/or email you used when contacting us
• What you want deleted: (e.g., “all contact data”, “order history”, “messages”)
• Optional: approximate dates of your inquiry/order to help us locate records faster

2) Verification

To protect your privacy, we may request verification before processing deletion (for example, replying from the same email address or confirming details related to an order).

3) What Will Be Deleted

Depending on your request and applicable law, we may delete:

• Contact details (name, phone, email)
• Delivery address and event information associated with inquiries/orders
• Messages or form submissions you sent to us

4) What We May Retain

We may retain certain information if required by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting/tax obligations, or to enforce agreements. If we must retain data, we will limit retention to what is required.

5) Processing Time

We typically respond within a reasonable time and aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional time is required for verification or legal obligations.

6) If You Used Facebook to Interact With Us

If you interacted with our Facebook content (for example, embedded posts/reels on our Site or communications via Facebook), some data may be controlled by Facebook under its own policies.

If our Meta/Facebook app is connected to your Facebook account (only if you explicitly authorized it), you can also remove access from your Facebook settings (Apps and Websites). You can still request deletion from us via email.
